Matthew Carter

Dr. Matthew Carter received his Bachelor’s and Master’s from Sonoma State University and his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Meridian University. Dr. Carter has spent more than a decade serving as a clinical supervisor and clinical director with a number of social service programs in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as, many years as a graduate level teacher in the field of psychology and counseling. In private practice as a psychotherapist, trainer, and consultant, Dr. Carter specializes in working with children and families, particularly within underserved and socioeconomically vulnerable communities.
