What We Do
Catholic Charities is the veritable backbone of non-profit human services in the Bay Area, serving more than 32,000 people a year through more than 30 diverse programs serving the homeless, children and youth, low-income families, seniors, HIV/AIDS patients, immigrants, and adults with disabilities.
In short, if you have a need, we’re here to help. We’re diligent stewards of the money we receive from our donors. We track outcomes on a variety of metrics across all of our programs and openly share our data – everything from the number of homeless clients housed, to the percentage of kids we help get their homework in on time. By being conscientious and transparent, we make sure the dollars we spend are really making a difference.
Our success is measured in the number of people we can help with the quality of programs and services we provide. These programs are fueled by our dedicated staff, caring volunteers and generous donors like you.
