Hope and Joy Are Evergreen

December 21, 2021

It's Always the Season for Hope and Joy.

Every day is an opportunity to let people know they matter. During the holidays, our team works extra hard to bring essential services to our vulnerable neighbors, delivering hope and love along the way.

From extending the gift of self-care to formerly homeless mothers living with chronic illnesses, to bringing joy to at-promise youth with a surprise visit and presents from Santa, to infusing the spirit of the holidays in our weekly food pantry for seniors, we strive to support and celebrate our cherished community members.

Because everyone deserves dignity, care, and compassion.

Our team wraps gifts filled with skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products generously donated by Project Glimmer for more than 100 formerly homeless mothers living with chronic illnesses at Catholic Charities Rita de Cascia and Hazel Betsey Communities.

Santa brings gifts and glee to the boys at Catholic Charities St. Vincent's School for Boys during a surprise visit!

Volunteers and program staff at Catholic Charities OMI Senior Center bring holiday cheer to seniors at our weekly food pantry.

Our St. Vincent's School for Boys team dedicates its efforts to nurturing at-promise youth this holiday season and every day.
